About WSECU:
Our story began in 1957 when a small group of Washington State employees decided to form a financial cooperative. For 60 years, we’ve been proud to support our dedicated public employees. Today, membership with our credit union is open to all in Washington State. WSECU embraces the values of giving, sharing and supporting our communities.
The Spokane Valley branch is very involved in the community by supporting the Spokane Valley Parks & Recreation Summer Movie Series, a Community Shred and Share day in July and their 'Acts of Kindness' program to support local businesses. Employees are also personally invested in the community by volunteering at local elementary schools and teaching financial literacy in local high schools. In addition, employees volunteer with Second Harvest, SCC Entrepreneurship program and the United Way Emerging Leaders Society, among other organizations.
