CRAVE, the Inland Northwest’s premier food and drink celebration, will be held July 12-15 at CenterPlace, a state-of-the-art 54,000 square foot event facility at Mirabeau Point Park in Spokane Valley, Washington. Presented by the city of Spokane Valley, CRAVE is a unique culinary event that showcases the talents of visionary chefs and culinary professionals.
Four walk-around tasting main events each include 16 chefs, wineries, breweries, ciders and more. The main events are themed Seafood night, Foods from around the World, Fire & Smoke and Brunch on Sunday. Two Grand Tastings in the afternoon, which is a mix of food, wine, beer, ciders, vendors and more on Saturday and Sunday. Each ticket is all inclusive, so no need to purchase anything when you're at the event. Bring your appetite!
In addition to the Main Events and Grand Tastings there will be regional and national chefs on-stage teaching you their culinary talents and classes available to enhance and educate. The event is outdoors in the beautiful park setting of Mirabeau Point Park at CenterPlace.
