Viticulture 101 | 2026 Wine Education Series Let's discuss the study of grape cultivation! The history of grape growing to modern day methods is a fascinating journey of people, cultures, history, and innovation. We will take a tour of our 3 acre vineyard here in the Spokane Valley to look at our vines and discuss methods of grapevine management. During the class, we will be tasting wines whose grapes have been sourced from different vineyard sites here in the state of Washington. If you have ever been curious about how site selection, soil types, aspect, canopy and crop control (and much more!) affects the finished wine in your glass, join us for an all in Viticulture crash course.
