Since its foundation in 1935, Hörmann has produced and delivered more than 20 million doors worldwide. Over 6000 employees work in 40 specialized factories in Europe, North America and Asia to develop and produce high-quality doors, frames and operators, as well as perimeter protection and storage space systems, for use in private and commercial properties. The headquarters of the globally active Hörmann Group is located in the East Westphalian municipality of Steinhagen, near Bielefeld, Germany. The North American headquarters are located in Sparta, Tennessee. This family business, now run by the fourth generation, recently recorded an annual turnover of more than 1 billion dollars. Today, the Hörmann Group is managed by the great-grandsons of company founder August Hörmann. Martin J. Hörmann (left) and Christoph Hörmann (right) are the personally liable partners.
