About Us

Steve Graham is a 1995 graduate of Gonzaga School of Law, and he is a former prosecuting attorney. He started his own firm in 2003. He is joined at his firm by associates William Gieri and Anthony Martinez. In addition to criminal defense cases, his office also handles university expulsion appeals. Mr Graham has tried over 150 criminal jury trials in over ten different Washington counties. His office does free consultations and can often meet on evenings or weekends. Steve Graham and Anthony Martinez have received considerable training throughout the nation on DUI defense. Mr. Graham tried his first DUI case as a deputy prosecutor in 1994, and he has been admitted into the National College for DUI Defense. The lawyers are well versed on both the laws and regulations pertaining to DUI and also the science behind the field sobriety tests and the testing for alcohol in both the breath and the blood. They have both handled cases throughout the State of Washington. The lawyers at Mr. Graham's firm have dealt with some of the top expert witnesses in the country including forensic pathologists, SANE nurses, accident reconstructionists, toxicologists, and emergency room doctors. Mr. Graham is often asked to speak at continuing legal education classes for other lawyers, and he has spoke for the state bar association in Seattle. Mr. Graham has written for his own blog since 2009.
