Liberty Lake, WA – Locally owned Origin Forensics (formally known as Origin Engineering) announced that they will be hosting an event on May 18, 2016 at the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center, to showcase the first ever rapid response Date Preservation Unit (DPU).
This one of a kind DPU allows their clients to quickly analyze the data associated with an automotive accident to determine what happened, and gives their clients the opportunity to make an informed decision, saving a multitude of time and money.  To do this they employ a DPU carrying:
  • High Resolution Digital Cameras
  • Nikon NPL-322+ Total Station
  • FARO x330 Laser Scanner
  • SenseFly Survey & Mapping UAV
  • Bosch Crash Data Retrieval Tool
  • ScenPro Digital Forensics CI-200 Dynamics System
During this event, they will be demonstrating how all of their state-of-the-art equipment works to preserve evidence, or data, associated with automotive accidents. They will also be discussing the importance of data preservation, and how it will help the communities here in the Inland and Pacific Northwest.
